30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition - unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all protective materials
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@pixperfectprint.co.za or call +27 84 598 1089 with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include your RAN on the package.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size, frame option, or product. To request an exchange:

  • Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
  • Specify the item you'd like to receive instead
  • We'll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be processed in the original currency, and exchange rates may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
